Q: How long is each tutoring session and what is the cost?

A: Each session is one-on-one, lasts for 1 hour, and costs $30.

Q: What are students expected to bring?

A: Students are expected to be prepared and come to their tutoring sessions with all necessary study materials (textbook, worksheets, notebook/paper, writing utensils, calculator, laptop, etc.).

Q: Are sessions available online?

A: Yes, sessions can be conducted online.

Q: When do I need to book the start date for my package?

A: The start date for all packages must be booked at least 1 week in advance.

Q: What package options are available?

A: There are four packages to choose from:

Bronze: 2 weeks (6 sessions) for $180.
Silver: 1 month (12 sessions) for $360.
Gold: 4 months (48 sessions) for $1,440.
Platinum: 6 months (72 sessions) for $2,160.

Q: How often are sessions held with packages?

A: Sessions are held 3 times a week on any day of your choosing.

Q: Can I enroll more than one student in the same package?

A: No, if you have more than one student, you will need to purchase a separate package for each student.

Tutoring Policies & Procedures

Client (Family) Responsibilities: Maximizing Tutoring Success

To make the most of tutoring sessions, students should have all essential study materials ready from the start, including class notes, homework, textbooks, writing tools, calculators, laptops, etc. (Note: If school-provided materials are unavailable, it is primarily the client’s responsibility to obtain relevant worksheets or curriculum. Families are welcome to collaborate with the tutor on this if desired.) Additionally, it is important to understand that tutors are there to guide students through their studies, not to complete assignments for them. Tutors will support students in working through their material independently, fostering better understanding and self-reliance.

Make-Up Sessions

If either the tutor or family cancels a session, the tutor will promptly contact the family to schedule a make-up session. To best support the student’s progress, we recommend that missed sessions be rescheduled within two weeks of the original date. Both the family and tutor will make every effort to complete the make-up session within the same month, as rescheduling cannot extend into the following month.

Refunds

Refunds will only be given if the family had an emergency and the tutoring session ultimately did not take place but has already paid for a package.

Scheduling

Once package is purchased, services should be rendered within the scheduled time period.

What to Bring

Please provide supporting documents related to student’s test scores, learning evaluations, etc via email upon booking.

Non-compliance with these policies and procedures may lead to termination of employment or communication with Tutor with the Vibes. By beginning your first tutoring session, you agree to follow these guidelines and waive any right to hold Tutor with the Vibes, its team members, or affiliates accountable for any violations of these policies and procedures.
